My name is Nate Barger, and I am a real estate investor with 16 years of experience. Today, I am 48 years old and live a great life. This was not always the case. I grew up in a normal, blue-collar, alcoholic family. I became a drug dealer in my late teens and throughout my twenties. I was in and out of prison with four felonies, which made it impossible to get a job. At 29 years old, I felt empty even though I had millions of dollars. I cried out to God and he guided me to real estate.
